   This Wire expanding machine is a professional hydraulic-powered equipment, specially developed for the processing of small-diameter cold shrinkable rubber products. Built with a robust hydraulic control system, the Wire expanding machine ensures stable, consistent and high-precision expansion performance for cold shrink tubes. It features a user-friendly control panel, a safe lower closed fence design, and a compact footprint (2000×1000×1300mm) that fits easily into most production workshops. The Wire expanding machine supports an expanded diameter range from 25mm to 75mm, with adjustable length expansion stroke from 100mm to 560mm, fully meeting the diverse processing requirements of insulated short tubes and cold shrink seal tubes.

Application

   This Wire expanding machine is widely used in the production of cold shrinkable rubber products, especially suitable for expanding small-diameter (5-10mm) cold shrink tubes in the power cable accessories, communication equipment and rubber product manufacturing industries. It is important to note that the Wire expanding machine is not intended for steel wire expansion when the product’s expanded diameter exceeds 60mm.
